Mama Bear/Vatsalya and Papa Bear Mentorship Programs
We are excited to offer mentorship to our TEKsystems parents (and soon-to-be TEK parents). We have our Mama Bear Program (US & Canada), Vatsalya Program (India), Papa Bear Program (US & Canada). These peer-parent mentorship programs provide a support structure for our TEK parents as as they go through journeys of becoming a working parent or as they're navigating through unique circumstances in their parenthood journey.
UpLift Mentorship
Uplift Career Mentoring provides our employees the opportunity for new and expanded internal connections while supporting and enhancing our core values; Relationships, Personal & Professional Growth, Serving Others, Performance, Inclusion, and Open Communication.
Mentorship plays a pivotal role in employee development, empowerment, and is a proven vehicle for increasing support and knowledge. By connecting mentees with experienced mentors, effective mentorships can often lead to increased mobility for our mentees while fostering an inclusive culture and building robust relationships.
Mentees will gain valuable insights, guidance, and skills from their mentors, while actively working on goal-setting, planning, and skill development.

FSG-OSG Mentorship
The FSG - OSG Mentorship Program facilitates one-to-one mentoring relationships that connect mentees with leaders in the organization to learn and develop. Mentoring helps you to expand networks, gain new knowledge and insights, and build new skills.
